BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB)- A vehicle crash closed Route 33 in Buffalo on Sunday night for around two hours. The car was traveling down Glenwood Avenue when it went over the guardrail on Humboldt Parkway and landed on the 33 West.
Buffalo police said they believe the vehicle in the crash is tied to a fatal shooting.
A gunman killed one man and injured a woman in the 300 block of Purdy Street just before 8:30 p.m.
One person was arrested, and police recovered a weapon from the vehicle.
The female victim was taken to ECMC. Police have not released her condition.
